What's needed for people to tell their stories?

Much of what we have been doing with Continuum and with Occupation: Change the World has been about enabling people to share. The more they share with their advisor the better their relationship is, the more they share with each other the more supported they feel when pursuing a cool career. So we are asking the question: What's needed for people to tell their story?
